Boris Barshak - CEO
Boris Barshak is the founder of Alpha Mechanical and the vision and driving force behind its growth from a garage operation in 1991 to a multi-milliondollar, comprehensive mechanical company. A third-generation mechanical contractor, Mr. Barshak began his professional career in 1982 as the Vice President of Operations for one of the largest mechanical construction companies in the Ukraine. He is a long-time member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) as well as Vistage International—which brings together CEOs from diverse businesses to drive better decisions. Boris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Odessa National Polytechnic University in the Ukraine. He also holds general and mechanical contractor’s licenses.
Renee Moore - President
Renee Moore-Larzalere has over twenty years of accounting experience in the construction industry. She joined Alpha Mechanical in 2001 and, in addition to her current position as CFO, has served as VP of Operations, Controller, HR and Safety Manager. Prior to Alpha, Mrs. Larzalere was an accounting manager for an electrical wholesale company and launched a pool construction business. Renee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
